7-8  Excellent
9-10 Superior

1.  KUMU HULA must haku the mele Kahiko Nei.
2. KUMU HULA must be part of ho'opa'a
3. Limit of 5 in ho'opa'a presentation
4. Judging based on: ho'opa'a, pa'i and oli.

AUANA
1. KUMU HULA must haku the mele Auana
2. KUMU HULA must play a musical instrument.
3. Judging based on: Presentation, voice quality, pronunciation, rhythm/tempo, grooming/attire, overall
